Review: Trespass Jacket

Recently I was sent a beautiful jacket for summer from Trespass. A light weight waterproof ready to fling on for summer showers. I chose the Chorley Womens Waterproof Jacket in navy blue with a gorgeous red lining. I fell in love with the jacket I have to say as soon as it arrived. It is almost impossible to find a waterproof that looks fashionable on but Trespass have created one and its fabulous.

It’s very universal and I’ve worn it for so many different outings and adventures. From forest schooling with the kids to a launch up in London, it was also carried to the Hampton Court Flower Show and also down to the beach and across the South Downs. It didn’t look out of place at a single event.  It’s incredibly light weight and forgiving and can be stuffed into the bottom of a rucksack and look great when pulled out a couple of hours later. It copes with rain and showers we’ve had and has never been damp on the inside. The hood is adjustable and great for the rain showers where the wind sweeps it in any directions.

It also incorporates a draw cord waist which adds a lovely flattering line to the jacket and even with a bulky jumper under stills lets you have a waist! It has double pockets and a contrasting cord at the hood and bottom. I just adore though the lining! It adds a flash of colour when you need it!  Bright red with white anchors on it look clean and crisp against the navy jacket and cream cord.
All in all it’s a fabulous light weight jacket perfect for anything the day can throw at your from hiking in the wilds to a country show. Perfect 5 out of 5!
