Grown up Eton Mess

With the shops bursting full of English raspberries and cream why not pop some in your shopping basket next time with some Doria Amaretti’s and whisk yourself up an adult Eton Mess for dessert? Easy to make in seconds you can make up an amazing dessert to impress friends and also taste great.

Ingredients

1 Packet of Raspberries

400ml Double Cream

1 tbsp Brandy

1 Packet of Doria Amaretti

Method:

Wash the raspberries. Leave a couple whole for decoration. Whip the double cream until stiff peak form and add in the brandy and raspberries. Crush the Amaretti biscuits with a rolling pin and fold in leaving some to sprinkle for decoration. Dish up the cream in to glass bowls and chuck a couple on top of each. Sprinkle the remainder amaretti biscuits all over.
