how quick it’s come round this year. Even the weather is playing up for it and
giving up some gorgeous sunshine days. Its nearly 20 degrees this Wednesday!
One of our favourite events over Easter is to pop to our
local National Trusts and do the eggs hunts. Not only are you guaranteed a some fun hours with the kids but you get to explore some of the most beautiful places in
the UK. We’ve done these events throughout the south from down in Cornwall
across Devon, Hampshire and more recently across Sussex ever since we had our eldest.
This year we’re venture to Woolbeding Parkland. They have
their Easter Egg Trail on Sunday 5th April and not only do you get the fun of the treasure hunt but you
can join in with egg decorating & rolling, take a stroll along the beautiful
River Rother, try your hand at the egg shy and egg and spoon race, face
painting and more Easter crafts. Doesn't it just sound a fabulous way to spend the day? So of course we're packing a picnic and heading on down! Do come and join in!
Woolbeding Estate is just down the road from us in West
Sussex and despite being tucked away has the most amazing horizons. After the
stroll down the Rother you can explore in Woods and hunt out gruffalos or go
for stomp across beautiful heathlands. The highlight of our walk! Not only have
you amazing habitats and birds and insects but its also home to Galloway Cows
and Sussex Cows. Chocolate & Cows & Crafts the perfect day out for our
little boys!
