A slimmer, trimmer me in 12 weeks?

Hunting out over Christmas I found a pair of jeans which I haven’t been able to get on in years. Being a sucker for punishment I thought I’d see how far up my legs I could get them. Amazingly they did up (I’m ignoring my husband’s suggestion they’ve stretched with time) but I spilled over the top. Legs look great and then as you went up…hmmm. So I’ve decided to do something about this. I also need to tone up my arms a little for the bell ringing I do as I seem to have zero stamina and can only ring for about 5 minutes. Since I want to ring a 4hr peal one day I’ve got some sucking it up to do!

I have to go along on a low fod map diet any way so I don’t think it’s down to my diet that much (crisps are veg right?!) but I’ve been offered the chance to review the KiQplan. A 12 week plan that runs through your phone, sorted for YOU.
