The Happys Pet - review

How many times does your child ask if they can have they own pet? Well now you can say yes safe in the knowledge these have an on off button but will still interact with your darlings.
Flairs have launched to the market The Happy’s Pets (RRP £19.99) in four different adorable pets and styles. Each can be taught they’re very own tricks and using a special IR technology (Infared) they will happily follow they owner and their inidiviudal themed treat and also interact with each other.
The four gorgeous toys are Mittens, a white cat, Chance, a beagle, Sport, an every popular goldendoodle and Bentley, a Retriever. They are aimed at 4yrs old and up.

We were sent Chance the Beagle to review. The first you need to do is to turn the pet on. A simple button on the lower back is the switch and once on the pets starts immediately. The boys adored the noise and sound he makes but do be careful as its run on little wheels which while fairly safe could traps tinies fingers and tongues!

·         Chance follows Happy treat using InfraRed technology.
·         Performs tricks depending on Happy Treat used.
·         Range of movements and sounds.
·         6 pets to collect.
·         Different treats and tricks to collect.

The boys have played with Chance a fair few times since we received him as has my husband too. Chance is supposed to follow them around with the IR treat collector but I think he might be a bit of a picklish dog as so far he hasn’t really responded much and as yet we haven’t managed to teach him a trick (same could be said though of our real puppy! Maybe it’s us!) However it hasn’t stopped them trying and I’m quite impressed with how much effort they put in to trying to teach it.
We also had some friends round recently who made a huge beeline for it and spent nearly an hour playing with it! Chance is solid but covered in soft cuddly fur and is apparently perfect for cuddling up with!
