Minecraft Vinyl Toy Review

We recently have been sent to review some Minecraft goodies. The boys are completely mad about Minecraft so I was interested to see how it would go. There are an awful lot of Minecraft toys around and some have been a bit disappointing. Theres not very much you can do with a plush toy after all! However the two sets we were sent; The Minecraft Core Animal Mob & Minecraft Diamond Steve Action Figure are made of vinyl and have movable parts. They are made to scale and starting at £7.99 arent bad value for labelled products.

 

The packaging is great and fits in perfectly with the Minecraft game. The boys haven’t allowed me to throw it away actually as they use it in their stories. We limit the amount of time each day they are allowed to play so it has stopped a couple of tantrums when they can replay their scenes out and create new stories with these.

 

We have used them to create home videos in the style of the ever fabulous Stampy Cat. Because if this they have been great and creating their own videos is a rather different reward for doing homework etc!

 

Although based on years 6 and up with my 4 year old they were an instant hit and he uses them as well as his 6yr old brother. A huge must for any Minecraft fans out there!
