The Joys of Art Galleries - Wychwood Art

Our house is currently being renovated and the only place of quiet and solitude untouched by builders is our desks. We have gorgeous pictures from summer on there but it’s also lovely to have some artwork scattered about as well.

 

Throughout our home we have a lot of artworks from South Africa as my husband and family are from there. So, when Wychwood Art asked if I would like to try out their online art gallery and a select a piece among the beautiful pictures one artist stood out to both of us and we couldn’t wait to snap her up.

 

We chose one of their limited-edition prints of a lion sunbathing in the Kruger and it fits it to our home perfectly. It’s an incredibly restful masterpiece and it’s moved between our desks depending on who gets to work quickest. I think we might have to move it to a neutral ground soon! 

As Wychwood Art offer an online gallery experience I was delighted to get with the picture the certificate of authenticity, something many art shops no longer offer. The whole experience of buying with them was lovely and smooth and delivery was quick and very well packaged.

 

With Wychwood art you can browse the pictures online in a variety of ways – by price, by originals or by prints. It’s a fabulous way to lose yourself in the glorious world of art for an hour or two I must warn you! If you live nearby you can pop into their gallery in the Cotswold. It’s a little far for us so we’ll go back to delving in the stunning artists featured online and I highly recommend you take a look!
