Good Nights Sleep Anti Snoring Ring
Father’s
Day is right around the corner and one of the gifts which has made me chuckle
at first then instantly want to grab is the Good Night Anti-Snoring Ring. Most
of us will suffer from snoring at some point in their lives. I snore when I
have a cold or hay fever has hit but my husband snores EVERY NIGHT! It often results
in one of us sleeping in teh spare room just so that we can both get a decent
sleep and the thought of smothering the other with a cushion isn’t at the
forefront of our minds!! So of course, when asked if we would like to review
Good Nights Anti-Snoring Right for father’s day we both jumped at the chance of
an uninterrupted nights sleep. Well uninterrupted apart from the children,
dogs, cats, wildlife outside the window.....
The Good Night ring works by using
acupressure on a specific point on the little fingers. It’s a wonderful natural
way to help eliminate snoring without the need for uncomfortable nose strips or
mouth guards or anything else which interferes in the general drifting
off.
Simply slip
the ring on your little finger - right for men and left for ladies. with the
gap in the ring facing upwards. The ring is then popped on for half an
hour before bed and should only be worn when sleeping. It takes up to two weeks
to work.
We tried
this out for two weeks before I wrote this and thought there was indeed a mild
improvement. It hasn’t completely cured his snoring – he has a broken nose and
it is prime hay fever time but it does mean that he’s less likely to be
attacked in the middle of the night, can share the same bed and also be cuddled
up to! He agrees that getting a good night, not having to get up and decamp
down the hall or have to forceable stay away until I’m asleep is a perfect gift
for every day not just Fathers Day. You can buy them direct here – Good Night or in
all good pharmacy’s.
