Yogaia & your chance to win a trip to Morocco

Despite being a stay at home mum my time is incredibly limited. I work from home, I help run various children groups, am treasurer to a couple of other groups and also have my hobbies and writing to fit in on top of this.  Time to myself and time to destress is limited for me. Not only all of this but to add heading to a studio to attend Pilates or yoga involves at minimum a 20 minute drive there and another 20 minutes back. I just don’t have time for this.

Recently though I’ve been given the opportunity to review Yogaia. They offer online classes from the easy of your home or office or anywhere you can get connection! They are a great online live yoga studio who bring classes to you. Yogaia is available on a website but also an app, both on android and apple. Yogaia can be used on a pc/laptop using the google chrome browser.

It’s easy and quick to sign up and there are huge ranges of sessions open to you. You can choose from different levels, different lengths of time and different languages too. Yogagia then uses the select tools you have chosen to bring up a range of options. You then watch the classes and join in as you would in a normal session. There are also a couple of live classes you can sign up to and join in as well. I haven’t tried this out yet but when I do will update you! You can also discover the perfect classes to suit your needs by heading over to their “discover” section and discovering a whole new style. I adore the Yoga 4 Kiddies one as we’ve been advised to do this with my youngest to reduce anxiety! The nearest place that offers this is a city and hour and half away! The boys love joining in and know there’s no pressure with anyone watching (a big bonus)

I love Yogaia. The fact that you can access a class and practise anytime, anywhere is superb. I have done the sitting down stretch at a desk during a loooonnggg day and have even completed the relaxing ones at 3am having been up with ill children’s and not being able to relax and go back to sleep.

Having tried this out on kindles, iphone and the laptops I have to say I do much prefer the app. I guess because I can take it everywhere. I can sneak in a sitting yoga in my car while waiting at pick up or squeezing in a 10 minutes stretch between rushing around. You can also download three recordings which are your favourite which means you don’t have to be connected up to the internet to do these.  A complete ten stars from all of us here.
