Ice Watches

One of the latest crazes are a fabulous brand called Ice Watches. From Kate Perry, Sandra Bullock, Paris Hilton and J-Lo they have been sported on the wrists of many celebs. Amazingly they are high priced as you would expect from those wearing them and I’ve been over the moon to be able to review one in time for Mothers Day.

It has a silicone wrist band and is incredible light. While mine in particular is bright pink there are a variety of different colours. It has lovely analogue design despite the sporty look and I love how simple it is. It is a fun, light, bright watch. No annoying alarms or different faces to distract.

Being silicone and also water resistant up to 10 ATM (swimming, bath, shower NOT Diving) it’s a great watch to have on my wrist and means I don’t have to take it on and off all the time. And being silicone and well made its yet to get scratched or damaged and do bear in mind that I have worn this for sports, tree climbing, young farmers and while building the cabin in the garden. Its pretty sturdy yet lovely and feminine.  It has a rotating dial around the clock face (perfect for children timing) and has a traditional face and easy to read numbers which are in white against the pink background. It retails at £80 (£40 from chapelle) and is just a lovely watch to wear. I do personally wear it on the second from the end closer so I would recommend a teenager or someone with a slimish wrist.
