Galentines Day! #Macaronmanicure

Today is Galentine day. The day before Valentine’s day and a lovely antidote to the cheese and cringe that seems to be pouring out the aisles in supermarkets.  Rather than a day dedicated to romance it’s a day dedicated to celebrating friendship!

You don’t have to cancel your romantic plans though. Galentines is the day before so a perfect day for all friends single or coupled. How do you celebrate? Well any way you want to! Some people send flowers or cards by why not spend the day with those friends who are your closest and dearest?

Brioche Pasquier & Come Round are hosting some fabulous parties tomorrow. Macarons & Manicures! What a perfect way to spend a Saturday and celebrate some friendship.  While you might be too late to apply for Come Rounds party packs there’s nothing stopping you joining in the fun! Head down to your local chemist/supermarket and stock up on some nail varnish and buffers and then head out and buy some of Brioche Pasquiers gorgeous macarons and stock up on drinks.

Anything you enjoy doing together if perfect for Galentines day.  From creating fun and fabulous nail designs to creating some fun and fabulous cocktails. Personally I’d do the nails before the cocktails – it could get messy! Throw on some chic flicks and get the girly snacks out and just indulge in some good old girly fun!

I’ll definitely be joining in with my friends! After all they’ve helped me out on school runs, sick days, baby sat, cheer me up, had coffee runs with me, commiserated and celebrated with me. Why shouldn’t they have a day of their own?!
