Quick & Easy Salmon
It’s a busy time of the year at the moment but it’s important
to eat well too. It’s very easy at the moment to snack on party food in the
house and not take care of yourself, especially when you’re running round
trying to do a million things at once. I rely heavily on my Panasonic
combination microwave at this time of year. It’s an essential in our
kitchen as it microwaves, grills and cooks like a normal oven.
Heres a quick and simple recipe which gives you a nutritious meal in a matter of minutes – it would take at least 20 in the oven!
Quick Salmon
2 Salmon Fillets
1 leek
50g frozen petit pois
Crème Fraiche
Tender Stem Broccoli
Pop the salmon on to two pieces of grease proof paper. On top
of each fillet top with leeks (finely chop them first) the peas & the
broccoli heads. Add on 2 tbsps of crème fraiche. Sprinkle with salt &
pepper.
Wrap up the parcels and pop them on your plate. Microwave on
full power for about 5 minutes. Serve with carrot or butternut squash
spaghetti!
Perfect and incredibly simple too!
See I would be lost without it. It cooks up quick lunches,
breakfasts and it also makes the most amazing
brownies too. A friend of mine swears by the roast chicken she does in her Panasonic.
I’ve yet to brave it myself but I can highly recommend them!
