Taco, Cat, Goat, Cheese, Pizza!!

 So this month we have great fun on board games with Asmodee thanks to Taco Goats Cheese Pizza! This is so much fun to play especially when you don’t have time to sit down for a full-on board game. This is pretty much a fun and hilarious upgraded game of snap!

 

There are 64 cards in the pack which are shuffled and then given out to the players at the start of the game. 12 cards to each player. All the cards have to remain facedown even to the players they’ve been dealt out too. The play goes round in the circle and players have two jobs on their turn. Firstly, you need to keep repeating to yourself – TACO, CAT, GOAT, CHEESE, PIZZA. The first player picks up and turns over the first card on his deck saying TACO as he does so, and the second player does the same but says CAT, third player GOAT etc. But if the word you say also represents the card you or the player has tuned over you need to slap your hands down! The last person to put their hand down loses and has to pick up the whole pile of cards. Of course, if they’re anything like out family it’s also a race to smack everyone’s hand below you HARD! 

 

This game is a load of fun and so easy to pick up! It comes in a sturdy case which allows you to carry it out and about with you either in a handbag or the back of a car! It can pretty much travel anywhere with you! We couldn’t play this game unfortunately over zoom or Facebook but I cannot wait till we move down a tier or two and can start playing this with friends and families! We saw a fun out and about earlier in the year playing this at a National Trust while waiting their food! Its great fun!

 

Its aimed at years 8 and plus and goes all the way through the ages. Each game is pretty quick lasting about 10 minutes but is so much fun and addictive you can easily play for an hour nonstop games with out realising.  It RRPS at £10.99 and is most definitely worth this. Its great quality and the travel box it comes in is wonderfully sturdy and can take much bashing! It’ll be in our bags when we go camping or holiday next!
