Qwerkity - perfect for kitchen gadgets!

One of our most used room in this household is the kitchen. From cooking up daily meals & baking for the week ahead to the kids using it to make experiments in, baking up horrible and often smelly concoctions for the scouts or just as the general meeting place for the family it is hard used! As such Qwerkity internet home of some amazing products offered me the chance to review some kitchen gadgets. They have some really gorgeous and wonderful stuff but the three which grabbed me most were the microfibre dish rack, oven liners and hob cleaner.

I cant gush too much over the oven liners except to say they do exactly what they say they do! They catch all the annoying burnt bits and dribbles which over spill in the oven. Easy to empty and easy to wash! Spot on perfect.

The slimline dish rack is superb. When we moved in we were presented with a cheap kitchen and the sink is no exception. It has tiny ridges so when you up end a cup to dry all the water stays underneath and just doesn’t dry off. This has been superb at drying out the cups and glasses incredibly quickly and we can also move it round the kitchen depending on where we need it. Again five out of five for this!

Last, the smallest and cheapest but the one that really blew me away was the hobcleaner! Priced at £6.99 it has been amazing. I took it through to the kitchen to take pictures of it and do a quick small clean with it and about an hour later I was there but looking at my gleaming oven door and hobs which had had cleaners slave over trying to remove some long encrusted experimental gunk which we thought had stained the hob glass for ever more and which now were looking remarkably clean with very little effort on my side.

There wasn’t any need for soap and water and the blade just glided over the glass and induction hob removing everything in its path. Some places required a glide from all angles while others just needed a sweep over. I then used our normal cleaner over the top which picked up the last stray bits. It’s a real essential for anyone to have in their kitchen draw as it works great not just on the kitchen hob. We are currently retiling the floor and its superb at getting dried spilled grout off the tiles too! It come with a cover for the blade – no nasty accidents when reaching in the draws – and the blade is also renewable.

All in all a great combination of gadgets for the kitchen and ones we fast couldn’t do without! Superb!
