LEDHut Garden Challenge

With the summer holidays comes long eveningss and the joys of being able to stay in the garden till the light goes. We often have friends round to put their feet up and listen to the cows lowing in the fields down by the river and evening chorus which performs every evening courtesy of our garden birds.

LEDHut asked if I would like to participate in a Garden Challenge to make my garden into the perfect evening retreat for an alfresco party. I couldn’t refuse. They have some fabulous products and I adored the lanterns and their fumagalli range.

A wonderful picturesque addition. We chose the mini flood light which look stunning and lights up our apple tree beautifully in the evening. Their Chinese lanterns are now threaded through it boughs and light up every evening as dusk settles. They are on auto and it’s just stunning to see the garden light up as thought magic.

The Myrtle & Jasmine scent the evening air as the lights come to life and it’s a perfect place to settle down with wine and chocolate or hot cocoa and smores!

The clip on lanterns perhaps are my favourite. Purely from a romantic point of view. Originally I was slightly confused by the flickering of the light but very quickly realised that when hung in the trees they look as though they have wax candles inside. Only of course an awful lot safer! Both styles of lanterns are automatic and require no batteries. They charge by the sunshine and even on a cloudy day they have provided a beautiful light in the evening. We even bought them camping this weekend and they lit the way from field to canvas perfectly through to the early hours. They are a wonderful addition to any garden and also make a rather fun light for play rooms and bedrooms too!
