Breakfast Trifle
Kick
off the New Year with one of the most scrumptious breakfasts around. Whether
you’re hosting friends or just relaxing at home with family this is a perfect
breakfast to celebrate the New Year and also is light and tasty after the heavy
food of the last week! Cottage
Delight have an amazing selection of recipes on their site for throughout the
whole year. They offer a huge range of delights with many being gluten free and
are a great selection to stock up your cupboard with ready for the New Year.
One
of our favourites that we’ve being using a lot this week is the Breakfast
Trifle. Incredible easy to make but it looks stunning and is incredibly light
& indulgent!
Breakfast Trifle
Ingredients
– Serves 8
440g
Granola (or use GF Granola)

Strawberries – washed & quartered
½
Pineapple, chopped
500g
Greek Yoghurt
I
Jar Cottage Delight Strawberry Extra Jam
2
Tbsp Cottage Delight Honey with Cut Comb
Method
1,
In eight cup size glasses (old jam jars look stunning) layer the granola,
fruit, yoghurt, then add one tbsp. of Cottage Delight Strawberry Extra Jam and
repeat until the jar is full and top with a dollop of yoghurt.

Dress with fruit, a drizzle of Cottage Delight Honey with Cut Comb and fresh
mint to taste. Quick, Simple & Stunning!
