Wentworth Puzzles & #NationalJigsawDay

Do you know what tomorrow is? Its National Jigsaw Day! Founded by Wentworth Puzzles. It celebrates the benefits of jigsaw as part of a larger #BringBackJigsaws campaign. We adore jigsaws in our household as they are the perfect brain teaser and relaxer all in one! And you can guarantee a jigsaw puzzle will draw the boys away from their tablets.

Wentworth sent us their gorgeous wooden jigsaw Berry Bake. A fabulous shaped puzzle featuring the British favourite a scrummy Victoria Sponge. 225pcs the size is about 36cm by 25cm. Perfect for an afternoon delight!

We loved their little touches. The whimsy pieces scattered throughout are fabulous. Pieces shaped to reflect the theme of the puzzle had ours featuring some strawberries, spoons, cups!  This added to the fact that Wentworth have no piece the same and no corner puzzles meant the jigsaw was a lot more fun than any of us had imagined. I love the twist they have given on a standard jigsaw!

Jigsaws of course are normally made from cardboard but the great thing about Wentworth is that they are actually laser cut wood, meaning the jigsaw will last and last! Inside the box the pieces come in a great cloth bag. Perfect for keeping all the pieces safe and together. 

Its also great as we found for popping in a spare place in the boot of the car when going on holiday! We also had inside the box the recipe for the Berry Bake cake on front!
