We are Christmas obsessed!

15% of people in the UK shop for Christmas all year-round!
UK gift experience specialists Buyagift.com ran a survey of 1,500 of its UK customers to find out how they felt about the holiday season; their gripes, their loves, and most importantly, how they plan for it.
Interestingly, people in the UK are either extremely organised or just Christmas obsessed - because, 15% said that they shop for Christmas all year-round.
We’re still traditional when it comes to Christmas
The study from the experience day company also uncovered that, we in the UK, still value our Christmas traditions. In spite of the fact that more and more of us are using social networks and email to stay in touch with friends and family, as many as 80% of us will be sending our season’s greetings the conventional way - using Christmas cards.  But we won’t be turning our back on technology all together this holiday season, because 52.4% of us will be shopping for our Christmas presents online.
Rudolph won’t be going hungry, either...
It would seem that our desire to keep it traditional doesn’t end with the cards, either, because something that will please Rudolph and his antlered friends is that fact that 50% of us will be leaving food out for them this year.

Christmas in the home...
And if the study is to be believed, we as a nation will also be preserving our festive customs in the home: 85% of us have already bought, or will be buying Christmas stocking fillers while 73% of us are looking forward to tucking into Xmas dinner with the family at home.
Britain is Christmas mad, way to early!
The company who offer a fantastic range of Christmas gifts that includes everything from driving days, to spa and pamper days, also found that 76% think that Xmas ads are aired too early and that the shops market their festive range prematurely, every single year!
